Blain's Farm & Fleet Tires and Auto Service Center

I went in to get my tires repaired under warranty and had a very disappointing experience. I was told only 2 of the 4 tires could be covered because of an “issue,” and that I would need to pay over $700 for the other two since they claimed my vehicle was all-wheel drive. The problem? My vehicle is front-wheel drive. When I pushed back and insisted they double-check, they came back within seconds to admit I was correct. As a tire service center, you would think they’d know how to determine what type of drivetrain a vehicle has before trying to sell unnecessary repairs. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me — a mother there alone with two children — by giving false information to pressure me into paying for something I didn’t need. This experience showed a serious lack of honesty and professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I’d strongly advise others to verify everything they’re told before agreeing to any service here.

Jalil and Dakota - THANK YOU! I walked in with minutes to spare of them being open and shared I needed a new car battery. Jalil walked me over to find the battery I needed and Dakota saved the day by being willing to replace it right then. I am so grateful!

I had a blown tire after hours and my Jack wasn’t working - Alec came out with a Jack from the shop and helped me replace the tire! Super helpful even when they were closed! Thank you Alec for helping me for an hour and a half. I would have been stuck without you!
